Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

Cominix Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries have established the following basic policy to maintain social order and ensure safety. We will take strict and uncompromising action in accordance with this policy.

1. 1. We will sever all relationships, including business transactions, with anti-social forces.

2. 2. We will not provide funds or any other benefits to such forces under any circumstances.

3. 3. We will respond to unjust demands as an organization, while ensuring the safety of our officers and employees.

4. 4. We will strengthen cooperation with external specialized organizations, such as the police, lawyers, and organizations dedicated to the elimination of organized crime, in order to obtain appropriate advice and support.

5. 5. We will never yield to unjust demands and will take firm legal action.

6. 6. We will not engage in any secret agreements with anti-social forces to conceal incidents, for any reason whatsoever.
